A serial entrepreneur with 26 years of international experience in IT and maritime, Haris has founded multiple successful ventures while serving on the board of CELLOCK Group. With a PhD from the University of Cyprus and an MSc in Computer Science, his research spans robotics and AI, with publications in peer-reviewed journals and white papers.

Coming from a Greek family of seafarers, Haris combines deep-rooted maritime heritage with cutting-edge IT expertise. His network includes shipowners, fleet operators, maritime regulators, and technology providers. He has driven AI-powered maritime intelligence, automation, and safety innovations, bridging the gap between traditional operations and next-generation solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making in the global shipping ecosystem.

With over 23 years of experience in software development, financial technology, and technical leadership, Neofytos has played a pivotal role in digital transformation for major financial institutions. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from NTUA, an MSc in Computer Science from the University of Cyprus, and a specialization in Wireless Telecommunications.

He has led core banking system architecture at Alpha Bank and Eurobank, driving modernization, automation of compliance, and secure transaction processing. Today, he continues to pioneer scalable fintech solutions that improve efficiency, resilience, and regulatory compliance across mission-critical IT systems, reinforcing CELLOCK’s leadership in financial and maritime technology.
